Aim.

At the present time is essential for the introduction of a management model costs in the company.

In this regard, the workshop discussed what are the key variables that can influence the control of business costs, so that after their identification is to define the most appropriate model for each type of company.The need to incorporate these techniques is evident to increased competition and margin call business which involves the precise knowledge of the cost centres and places of business benefit.
