- Access to broadband Internet: eligible discharge in the service of an Internet connection at broadband, but not the monthly consumption, and access products, including security.
- Presence on the Internet, including the development of Web site and enterprise portals.
- Integration of ICT in business processes through advanced management tools: CRM (customer management systems), ERP (enterprise systems management), supply chain systems, document management systems, etc..
Electronic commerce and electronic invoicing through applications and services that facilitate the realization on the part of SMEs in electronic transactions with other actors, including the government.
