MITYC has submitted to the Council of Ministers a report on the Plan Avanza2 (2009-2012)
This plan has a budget of more than 1.
Avanza2 strengthens the impetus to business development with emphasis on key sectors of the ICT industry, such as the Future Internet and digital content.Overall, the Plan Avanza2 will create approximately 45,000 direct and indirect jobs annually over the period 2009-2012. In other words, almost 200,000 highly skilled jobs over the next 4 years.500 million euros in 2009
The Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Trade has submitted, on January 30, 2009, the Council of Ministers a report on the Plan Avanza2 (2009-2012), aimed at consolidating the achievements of the first phase of the Plan Avanza.
One of the main objectives of the Plan Avanza2 is to contribute to the economic recovery of our country through the widespread and intensive use of ICTs, with particular attention to projects that balance, in addition, sustainability and energy saving.
Avanza2 initiatives are grouped into five strands:
Development of ICT sector (SME) with a budget of 663 million euros.
ICT Training: allocated 548 million euros.
Digital Public Services: with nearly 186 million euros.
Infrastructure: allocated 89 million euros.MITYC has earmarked for 2009 a budget of more than 1,500 million euros, with the aim of a qualitative leap in the development of the Information Society.
Trust, Security and Accessibility: with a budget of nearly 11 million.
